Data Retention and Deletion

Personal information is stored indefinitely unless you request deletion. Gameplay-specific data, such as team codes and check-ins, may be deleted after a period of inactivity to free up space.

We will respond to all requests for access, correction, or deletion of personal information as soon as reasonably practicable and within 20 working days, in compliance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

Warning: Deleting your account means forfeiting any unused credits. Credits cannot be refunded or transferred after account deletion. Please ensure you have used all purchased credits before requesting account deletion.

Your personal information is stored on servers located in Australia. While this means your data is processed outside of New Zealand, we ensure that it is afforded the same level of protection as required under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
